Me and Hayley have been finishing off a website for an energy assessment company called TEA Wales. Hayley finished the logo a few months back, so that provided us with most of the design’s foundation. The company wanted to keep a simple yet stylish/ approachable image.

The company logo can be seen on the website, except usually there is a rounded box surrounding it. We decided this box would be better placed around the actual ‘content’ for TEA’s website. The company also wanted Wales to shine through, but not in a patriotic way. So instead of putting dragons and daffodils everywhere we borrowed the Welsh flag’s colours and dispersed them in a less obvious way!

A final touch for the website was animating the top banner with flash. We wasn’t going to do it at first, but it seemed ashame not to.

The text on the website is a bit of my own jibberish for now, but I’m sure TEA will replace it with something more sensible soon! I will have to update this link soon, but for now here is the website:
